You can request permanent deletion of your PosterBanao account and the data associated with it at any time — whether or not the app is still installed on your device.
What gets deleted

| Uploaded & generated media | Photos, videos, posters and banners you created or uploaded |
| Promotions & payment history | Banner promotions and extra-profile purchase records tied to your account |
Payment processors (Razorpay, Cashfree, Paytm, Stripe) keep their own transaction
records independently of us, as required by their own regulatory obligations — deleting your PosterBanao
account does not delete records held directly by them.
Request deletion
Enter the email address or phone number registered on your account. If we can match it to an account immediately, it's deleted right away. If not, we'll review and complete it within 30 days.
